For those with a passion for smoking. I have since upgraded so I have for sale, my Smokai cold smoke generator coupled up with a brand new air pump. This model sells for $169, you can have mine for half price $80, the $4-50 can go towards the postage The pump as said is brand new and cost $20 so a good deal.
Retro fit to any box, BBQ ,rubbish tin, old fridge ect add some gas for the heat then presto you shall have a very nice meal indeed .

Again $80 plus say $5 to post, total $85 if it is any more I shall wear the cost. :)

Schecter Boil some pumpkin pieces till cooked then cold smoke for two hours.I use hickory. nice deep flavor.
Using the water you boiled the pumpkin in use some Cumin, chicken stock, some curry powder add some chilli seasoning one whole onion some garlic simmer for 20 mins add pumpkin 'thick' is good puree, then simmer again for another 10mins, taste, you can then add a bit more to liking of anything, you shall enjoy a great tasting and filling thick soup. The amount of seasoning depends on how much soup you are making. For wife and I I make two lots per week keeps in the fridge well. :y:
