Interested in how you guys store a bit of dry gear?
I've had my 2nd yakfishing trip with great success. Went out with a mate from Whiritoa, wow that's a steep beach
I'd like to be able to have a storage I can keep my jacket, Lunch,beenie etc and put my sunnies once it's dark.
I was thinking of a dry bag clipped to the back of my seat.
Any recommendations???

I usually put everything that needs to stay dry in one or maybe two ziplock bags and store them in a small hatch. In saying that, it’s usually just keys, sunnies and a headlamp. Everything else that comes is under the assumption it will get wet at some point. Those plastic clip lunch boxes are good for some items too, and my phone is in a dry case tethered to me.

I’m not usually out long enough to pack heaps of food so it’s usually a small plastic container with a trail mix kind of thing.

If I don’t want something to get wet, I don’t take it.

I have had good service from [correction: sea to summit]. I use them for kayaking, boating and tramping (great pack liners).

They come in range of sizes.

Macpac sell them as do Bivouac outdoors who have a wide range.
