nzaca nats (new Zealand angling and casting association) good stuff not to say but great comp on a kayak (me) won mens boat section, heaviest bag and overall boat champion, all good to be fair not to many people out there still worth a mention ;)

:clap: :clap: :clap: Well done Phil, how big was the turnout, usually there's 20 teams x 10 of the countries best fishing gladiators.....so to knock this off represents the highest accolades an amateur fisherman can get officially outside IGFA. :y: :y: :y:
Us yakers gave this a bash 2010, 2011 and 2012?(somewhere thereabouts).....totally knocked em off their stools, took some time for the NZACA to adjust to us kayakers versatilty and skills....we won both those events, including the Coro one, were proud times for our emerging sport.

So wear your victory well mate, because NZACA was made from truely legendary fishing champions fishing old school.

The NZACA nationals are in the Far North next year 20th to the 23rd of April which are being held at the waipapakauri campground that's the base boundaries haven't been set yet.

was looking forward to it but will be up the coromandel fishing so bad to miss comp but all good fishing some great water and looks like you got a swell coming in bugger.
