parked up in 5m off kina pre sunrise. brrr could feel the snow in the southerly wind. baits got smashed as they drifted amongst the weed but was either horse kahawai or 33cm brrrrim. sun came up n things slowed. caught up with a mate a couple of km down the coast in his new pf400. he had been out wider on a rubble bar but still in 5m and been plagued by kahawai but picked up a nice gurnard. was stoked with the yak. said hi to another couple but they had found it quiet( or were being cagey) it glassed off so slowed trolled back to the beach. nice to be back at kina :clap:
