Well, who ever said that land based fishos can't get to the good fish? First time I've seen a rocket launcher used to get your bait "out there":) I didn't wait to see them use it, but they tell me it works like a dream. Seemed like a bit of effort getting the "rocket" weight ready and I'm sure you'll have to make sure your bait is well attached to your hook, but hey...

Haven't seen one of those since the late 70's....!

Have to say though, I've had all my best beach fish from just behind the breakers, in close rather than 150m out.
(Also chuckle when I see people fishing off a wharf, with all that luvly structure and resident baitfish, cast as far away as they can.)
