Any idea on the best vac & seal to buy. From looking around to two best seem to be the Innovation vac & seal or the ZeroPak vacuum sealer.

I have the innovation. Reasonably happy with it. Somewhere on here is thread with link to cheaper sources of plastic film.

The only issue I find is that it will suck fish juice from fillets up to the seal, which prevents an airtight seal.

Easily resolved by sticking a folded up paper towel between the fish and the seal.
