Hey guys
I've got this SLA 9Ah/12V i been using for my lowrance 5.
Its been well used for the past 2 years+ and recently its been crap at holding a charge for long (only last about 3-4 hrs on the sounder with dimmed screen now! )

Wondering if anyone has recommendations for a good one?
I'm looking at LiPo too but not sure what I should be looking for.

Thanks!

I've got the same brand of battery in 12Ah. It's performance has certainly dropped off over the last two years. A decent charger may breathe a bit more life in to it, but prepare to part with $$$. Even if you can't revive your current battery, a good charger will prolong the life of your next one.

I remember a few years ago you used to be able to buy a box of eight and they were less than $20 each!

They are just standard 7ah normally but the last ones I got were labelled 7.5...

try YHI power supplies. we source batteries through them and they are about $24 for 9ah. we get a real good deal when we buy in bulk.
