Just wondering how people have mounted their battery in the Viking tackle pod?

And do you use a water proof battery box and fuse?

Mine is at the back of the tackle pod, the end closest to you. It has two straps holding it down and seems to stay in place ok

I use to have mine at the bow end. No water proof box, but did have a fuse.

I now have the battery hanging off the front hatch.
