Hi Team,

summer's not far away and I'm looking to expand. I'm need someone to join me as a part time guide over the busier periods. This will be predominantly weekend work in the Tauranga area, so it may suit someone with a full time job that just wants to get paid to do what they love for a few hours. I am not after the world's best fisherman, I'm after a kayak guide and despite what you think there is a big difference (fishing skills I can teach, kayaking skills take time and passion). If you have a mix of the following please email me your CV. Work would start sporadically in October and slowly build to a peak in January/February.

I need someone with...
- a passion for kayaking
- significant sea or whitewater kayaking experience
- fishing knowledge is a bonus but not essential
- a fun outlook and great customer skills
- first aid, VHF, kayaking, or outdoor qualifications are highly regarded.
- flexible for work hours
- own transport

P.S. if you can't track down my contact details to send your CV to, then your probably not who I'm looking for. I won't reply to messages left on this post so please no tire kickers.

Everytime one of these guiding jobs comes up, I look around my windowless office ... sigh, and shed a wee tear.

Is it a wee tear because it is a dwarf tear or because you arent as sad as I am.
