Cheers Terrier , also got my first King of the yak couple of days after, largish rat king, certainly had some fun on the stradic cI4 with it, amazing little reels.

Hope you got out over the break too.

Have to hook up again and have a fish. Will PM next time I am heading out.

cheers

Some magic fish - nice to see everyone on holiday.

Here's one from our workaday spot.......

Name: Batman
Type: Snapper
Length: 65cm ish
Date/Time: Sun 19th Jan 9am
Location: Bouy 17, Launched from Narrowneck
Lure: Z-Man 4" streakz, electric chicken

A snorter for these waters - not often seeing them this big at NN. Thanks to Stinky Inky for the photos and the moral support as this beast showed me braid colours I haven't seen before. Big Runs, Big fun. A PB from a kayak for me and great to get it in my backyard.

A couple of pics (Rangi's looking good) and the tale of the tape - apologies for the slackness, I was on my own - wife had gone out in protest over my summer fishing addiction :-)
