Hi all, Im a newbie with a second hand yak & it leaks bad whenever water splashes over the bow. Im not wanting to spend TOO much cause haven't been out on ocean, (& I confess Im a poor sailor
) so for now , what options are there?

Is it a Cobra Marauder. Their hatches tend to leak a bit. I have one and normally end up with a couple of cup fulls of water after a days fishing, nothing that effects its performance or lack of.
You could try a thin bead of silicon around the edge of the hatch or glue some cut tire tube around the edge to act as a gasket.

I think it is the Enabler model - 4 m. I will get some gunk & seal the bottom seal, but the amount of water it takes on I suspect the lid may be a tad buckled!
