Ive only fished Hicks Bay one time out of a kayak but there is a ramp on the lefthand side of the bay to launch from . Caught lots of pannie snapper and a few gurnard in the shallows of the bay but really wanted to head around the coast to fish the deeper water but the wind and current was diabolica...
