Shad, yep one still the old model, about 5 years and multiple dunkings old. Lee, wasn't too bad, just a shore dumper I stuffed up. Nothing compared to the 2015 Naki comp. Haha, that's good mate! Not to much carnage I hope. I got a bit of surf practice in while up in northland http://images.tapatalk...

Re: Worm beds off Army Bay boat ramp?
I'd highly recommend anchoring up close to the rocks at army bay mate... Berley up a storm next to Wellingtons mate, you'll be surprised what you can pull from the shallows. Good luck.

Re: Sliders/Kabura?
They work really well on a hard day fishing but you will generally catch just pan sized on them. Big fish will nail them at times but what I find when the fishing is hot... I'd go inchiku hands down for targeting the bigger fish. They definitely do work well though, I can vouch for that.

Big snapper kingfish and more...
Hay all, hope everyone had a great New Years?? caught heaps of fish I hope? I've been up in the far north for the past couple of weeks now, fishing has been pretty slow but we've managed a couple of nice catches over the trip... Heaps of rat kingfish up here at the moment, I've caught more kingfish ...
