Well done, I didn't have that much luck over the three days fishing :n: but go a feed on two days :y: went out this morning from Waipu, caught up with another yaka who had been out for quite some time for no fish. he headed in and as the tide turned picked up a couple nice 45cm pannies and went back...

Yea the insinkerator switch position is highly dangerous and illegal :n: :n: hope you have the circuit on an RCD or you could be toast :@ coming from a qualified electrician :hai:

I can do midweek evenings :P There are few member that I know who regularly fish during the week (day) in your area e.g. Crusty Crab, Arkles angler and myself. Personally, I wouldn't do night fishing off a kayak for safety reason. :!: That's what lights are for :rock: and there is very little traff...

20gm Jitterbugs for me :y: no need for anything heavier but then again I only ever use 1/2oz jigheads too so I'm used to fishing deep water on light weights... That's what I want to hear as Im a 1/2 or 5/8 fisher. I don't usually fish any deeper than 30m 20gm and 40gm are great for shallow water up...

Yip That is the same system I'm using, and as I will be fishing a lot on the change light its pretty much always on.

Go to take it out on the maiden voyage tonight, no fish but it went well.
