My name is sean and live in Hamilton. Just brought the profish 400 and trying to get out as much as pos. Kayak fished for a few years in Wellington but gave it up for a while due to spending more time at work. Keen to catch up and fish with a few guys. Mostly go out solo but always good to have some company every now and then. Goal is a 20lber to hang on the wall.
Cheers guys have a good one

Hi Sean
New to the KFNZ forum also from Hamilton looking to link up for a fish. I am heading out to Waihi beach Saturday 13 Feb 2021 looking to launch at sunrise.
Not a big fan of crossing bars so I will be launching north of Waihi beach and fish along shark bay up to Homunga bay. (Forecast looks OK'ish) This is only my second excursion so I will label myself a beginner although I did get some legal snapper of west end beach in Ohope on my first trip.
Anyone up for fish Sat or some knowledge off the area please fire away!
Cheers
Thomas
