I’ve got a Okuma nanomatrix 7ft 10-15kg oh rod and with no reel I was wondering what would be a mean reel to put on it for straylining I was thinking something like a Okuma Cortez 5 or a Torium 14 what do you think I should get.

It is the rod that does the work. As long as your chosen reel has a smooth drag and can hold the appropriate amount of line, it does not matter.

I'd agree to a here, and chose a reel that's reasonably well matched to the rod weightwise.
Both of those reels will do the trick, but I'd go with the Cortez as it has stainless steel gears and carbon drag over the torium with felt and brass. (But I'm biased)
You're aware that while it affords one the momentary illusion of satisfaction, the spewing of bile is never a permanent solution.
