Got down to Howick becah at about 1pm and there was abit of wind blowing so i decieded I would just stay in close and keep sheltered from the wind and fish some of the reefs there to see if the fish have come around them yet. Got to a reef where I have done well at in the past winter's and casted out my first bait and instantly hooked up into a 45cm snapper :D this carried on all afternoon with every bait I casted out it was taken by a good snapper instantly. Came back into beach at about 4.30 with my limit of snapper ranging from 40 to 60cm :y:
