Ocean Kayak unveiled their upcoming insulated Ice Box that has been designed to fit into the rear well of all Prower 13's, Prowler Elite 4.1 and 4.5's and their new Prowler Ultra 4.1.

After being first to market with their Ice Box for the Prowler Ultra 4.7 in 2009, which also fits into the Prowler Ultra 4.3, there have been many requests from existing owners of the other Prowler fishing kayaks for a similar solution for them, Ocean Kayak listened and the new Ice Box was developed.

Unveiled at the Hutchwilco Aucland Boat Show the Ice Box is yet to enter production but is expected to be available for purchase from August 1st 2012 with an estimated RRP of $299

Here is a photo of the plug from which the mould is made which is on show at the boat show

We haven't started production yet but yes I have no reason to believe it won't be imported into Europe, as well as that the new Prowler Ultra 4.1 is already in a container heading to the UK and another container is heading sortly to Europe.
