Looking for a buddie to fish with.
Everyone is a genius.

But if you judge a fish
on its ability to climb a tree.
it will live its whole life believing it is stupid.

Thought I might have a go - so went to the site and see a discount for
'seniors' if paid before "30 dec 2011" :headbang:

Senior "Early Bird" Ticket: $110(NZD) per contestant
for tickets purchased before 31 Dec 2011

oooo well looks like a normal person purchase |(

would be great to buddy up with a few others as opposed to going it alone

Have not read all the rules, location etc yet will get this "AWESOME" weekend outta the way first   :P

Sure you can't join us Rusty :(

Thanks also to JO - I'll be there.... and Spratty the last 2 years the 2 of the largest snapper were caught inside the harbor.

Mind you it was windy as hell from halfway through the first day 2 years ago and 20+ and swells last year. But there's still good snapper and kingi's around if you can get some water not churned up every five minutes. Parua Bay, Drifts across from Marsden wharf into the hole and early down at the power station pipe produced well for me. But even bigger fish were caught right in the upper harbor up by limeburners....

There's a start for you.... Should the weather be trying again this year.

Great offer, cheers Jason and JO.
The perils of kayak fishing are great...... especially for the fish!
