Jeez mate, you seem to have been dealt a hand of jokers as far as this goes :n:
(I get the feeling we should thank you for the grayscale image, but maybe a full technicolour could be good for getting the remaining few off their backsides to get a check)

Take care of yourself eh?

Everyone is a genius.

But if you judge a fish
on its ability to climb a tree.
it will live its whole life believing it is stupid.

The check-ups are free, so no excuse at all. And it took all of two minutes.... Google this bloke Dr Sharad P Paul... or have gawk at this link http://www.skinsurgeryclinic.co.nz/free ... cer-checks A :^)
Well 9 months after saying im going to get checked out ive finally written down the number in my diary to make an appointment . :y:
Just remember guys keep covered up or plaster yourself with sunscreen when the weather warms up !

I hate it when I know that you are right !!..Had it checked, and whilst the Doc is pretty sure its OK, to be 100% sure he suggested that he chops it out.....as it probably means no paddling with the weather this weekend, maybe I should have had it removed last week |( |(

No, I'm not going to say it............

But c'mon guys and girls get with the program! FFS !!! We all know how the sun is and reflects off the sea!!! And some of you are still going out in shorts and t's?????

I know, "it's going to be a nice day", and "I don't want to get too hot". Well personally, I don't want large bits or small bits for that matter, cutting off me. So start covering up!

Thought I would just bump this back after being PM`ed from a fellow yakker that went and got checked and has had a melanoma removed as a result of his visit ... and remember Dr Sharad Pauls consultations are free, he is based in west Auckland, you can Google him, and the common basal cell carcinomas if detected earlier enough can be treated with cream. A :^)

Since summer is here i thought id bump this topic .
A couple of weeks ago i forgot to put sunscreen on and even forgot my hat .
As a result i got severly sunburnt , worst ive ever had . My whole head peeled something shocking .
So if you dont cover up in summer like me with paddlepants ect make sure you slip , slop , slap . :!:

Another thing , if you want to make an appointment to the Skin Surgery Clinic to get checked out , dont mess around because they are already booked out until late January .
