I am treating pre cancerous and worse skin on my face . It is not pretty and damn uncomfortable. Buffs are my best friend on the water. My dad is having more surgery at the moment rebuilding what they removed off his face and nose...I guess I have got off lightly...early intervention helps.
Be safe..have fun out there.

The one time that I forgot my fishing hat, I cancelled the trip and went back home. Some of us burn much faster than others.

I don't wear sunscreen or a buff, but always wear a long-sleeve top, long pants and a fishing hat that covers my neck. Between my beard and cap, my face is always covered as well.

So after 7 long years of procrastinating and promising to visit the skin doctor I finally did it ! The suspect looking moles , some that were itchy turned out to be ok . Surprising for me was the fact they found one tiny pin prick of a spot basically in my armpit that never ever sees the sun that I have to keep an eye on .
It only cost me $40 and took under 10 minutes to have piece of mind . 8)
