Hi I'm new here just wondering I am after kilwell blanks where can I get them from hope you can help as I am a Kustom rod builder

Go to klabs. Co. NZ - Kevin makes rods to order... I've bought 2 and wouldn't waste my time doing it myself... I think his forum name is awondering

I have 20yrs off and on due to health issues now I am building I was building at age of 9yrs old helping my dad that's all I know now I run a small business rod building tackle small tackle shop

Yer really good, until you tell someone the price of them, before adding grips guides reel seat etc... You still got your yak Hendrik ?

yea, still have the Hobie. I've moved to Beachlands so closer to get out fishing, trick is finding time that matches decent weather.
CTS is eyewatering expensive, which is why I went to Synit for my last 2, service is also better.
Custom rods are definitely not cheaper than buying factory or K Labs if you factor in all the extras and tools and costs of blanks, but its nice to catch something on a rod you made yourself.
