Ultra Tackle Express "UTE BOX" Is coming into its final stages of development, eta 4 to 6 weeks, This one is a prize at the meet up next weekend

Fits Ocean Kayak ultra 4.3, 4.7 and Trident 4.3 yet to try in the Trident 4.7

Some fittings may change

lowrance and most others just screws or bolts on and hummingbird use scotty or railbaza mounts, the underside of this area is reinforced with a pvc composite water proof 18mm thick board

I will get some tomorrow when its light outside, but its 40mm higher than a flip over hatch

Had a visit from Winch today with the NEW UTE BOX and I'm impressed.
It certainly adds another dimension to the Trident Ultra 4.3 I've been testing in the last month or so.

Have put my order in and would suggest those who are keen do the same these are perfect.

Can't wait to get my hands on one :o:

The seal is very good, if some how you catch on the lid in a turtle it might stretch the shock cord and let some in. I thought about using webbing witch is much stronger but harder to use, Its one of those thing you might open it 20 times in a day but turtle once a year
