Hey guys,
I've been talking to a few guys about their plans for after the sunday night prizegiving for the 2012 Bridge to Cape comp and the consensus is to have a few and talk a load of bollicks that night. And then maybe have a few more.
So lets get a bit of organisation into this. Who's doing what and where? And staying where?
I haven't planned anything yet, but maybe stay somewhere that has a bar that might stay open a little longer, or with other paddlers so we can have drinks back at the unit/motel/accomodation.
Ideas anyone?

It would be good to hear from the locals about reasonable places to stay in close proximity to the Onerahi Tavern or surrounding area for us out of towners looking to stay and have a few on Sunday night. hint, hint :call:

About ten minutes past the Onerahi Taven, I think sum of yakkers from last year stayed there.

Also Flames which is next door to the taven, I think this is pretty up market.

Had a googlerise of accomodation and have booked a 4 bedroom self contained unit at the Whangarei Top 10 Holiday Park. There's a heap of cabins etc there. It's 7.7kms, 11 minutes away from the Tavern.

Everyone is a genius.

But if you judge a fish
on its ability to climb a tree.
it will live its whole life believing it is stupid.
