Everyone is a genius.

But if you judge a fish
on its ability to climb a tree.
it will live its whole life believing it is stupid.

Hi guys,

Well the weather looks like it gonna be a lot better than last year lol :D

Just a few reminders that briefing is at 7pm on Friday the 4th at Admiral Arms Bottom pub.

Also the short gun start has been changed from 6am to 7am for saftey reasons regarding the light. This will also be mention at the briefing.

Orton Events NZ would like to welcome another sponsor on board. A big thank you goes out to Lowrance for there support and adding to the prize pool for each event and series.   Please support our sponsors as these guys support us.

And remember to all those competing, if you have cameras on board there is an online video competition and all entries must be in 3 weeks after the event. More info at briefing.

For those who have not been to any of these events, Orton Events NZ will feed you on the Sunday with the famous roast pork bun and apple sauce. Those of you that are staying at Papa Aroha There will be a shuttle service on sunday from Papa Aroha to Admiral Arms and back if you have to many   . This will cost $5 a head and all donation will be going to Kylie's journey.

See you there

How did people get on, haven't seen any trip reports yet. What was the winning fish, who caught it, any photos?

With all the sponsorship some people now have I would of thought the forum would of being flooded with TR’s!

Or did all the fish play hide and seek since they knew EAKFC are coming down to Papa Aroha in two weeks.

My impatience and general bad mood is due to a lack of fishing, bloody work, and young family duties!

Don't take offence, I'm like an addict on a bad come down at the moment :envy:
