popped out to kina with the otha fulla yest am.
didnt get out till 7 which was probably couple hours late but its the weekend...
tryed a favorite spot in 6-7m n picked up couple ky through the bite time but then the sw wind kicked up and it got rather unpleasant. hid under the cliffs (3m through the high tide) and had a ball on ky n gurnard. bruised banana sb or squid doing most of the damage.
saw at least 3 seals, 12 boats, and had to be 8 setlines between 6 n 12m. chaotic....

Went out on Sat afternoon about 6ish wind dropped right off and there were kahawai everywhere.
Just floated about at 5 mtr picked up 4 snaps biggest over 40 cm smallest about 35. Biggest was on my micro jig. I'm liking them more now Pete. I got all the others on anchovy. Caught 3 kahawai too.
Went out this morning too an caught another decent snap. But was a lot quieter on the sounder than the evening.
3 other kayakers out heaps of boats and a few setlines.
