Summers close enough, time to put the shotgun away and get out the motorbike and Kayak, was thinking about going to Cable bay on the weekend, but i have never been to Kina and fancy a change, wheres the best place to launch from when i get there?

Head down Kina beach road till the sharp right bend there is a launch site there, paddle out till the 6 to 10 meter mark, I put an X on a few spots if you see the X fish it , slightly right of the launch site, good luck
Kingie 89 cm at Kina, Snapper 84 cm at Cable, Blue Cod 45cm at cable,
Gurnard 50cm at Keiteriteri , Khawai 64cm at Kina.

pretty brown yesterday morn 6-11m. :(
sharks lotsa cudas ky gurnard n brim :)

popped out somewhere else this morn :x
as above but no sharks n bigger fish :)

Enjoy I'm in Wellington back tomorrow, will be out next week have Friday off as well.

but not for me. 7 launches in 8 days
therapy completed, whanau fed.
refreshed n ready for reality.
thrashed my little diawa taratula n new stradic4000 over the past week
crazy good fun on catana rods n light lines. stradic got some grunt!

I have a couple of stradics, punch well above their weight, i miss northland kingys :(
