Will be heading out from Clifton boat ramp just round the corner. Most likely Saturday , but either day is looking to be good wind/swell conditions.
Time to mix it up and try a different spot a bit further east.

If anyone else is keen to tag along your more than welcome

I am heading to Clifton to launch at around 7am Sat morning. Dollar coin to get through the camp gate. Hope to be some good fishing waiting for me. Wind forecast is currently under 5 knots till lunch time.

Heres where i launch:

The spot all depends on where the reef is breaking. So i will go to the right on the launch to avoid it.
Well worth coming here as about 2k east i have caught gurnard out of a boat, in similar water depth. As always i'll be looking for a grunter to bin.

Get into it tomorrow boys :y:

You're entering my fishing area Blair and the fish are there and good luck but don't post your catch on the HB facebook page and bring the boats in like you did at TA :@

Got out on Saturday...only saw one other yak in the distance. Frustrating day problems with fish finder. .. turned out to be operator error. Break offs ...rays and sharks made frustrating fishing at times but went home with two nice eating snapper. Had plans to fish Sunday too... slept thru unplanned wake up call... thanks anyway RJ. Sounds like good fishing in the bay for all.

Good to see some good fish are being caught. Had planned to head out today but got an offer to head into the hills to chase some venison. Unfortunatly I would have been better off catching some fish. Will be out next week as long range weather forecast looks good. :y:
