Im getting a few messages from some new yak fishos wanting to get out and after the past couple of weekends im hoping next weekend is good for a fish. Im thinking of going saturday maybe leave Hamilton at 6am on water between 7.30-8 paddle back round lunchtime and have a bbq lunch and a bit of a rest then go out for a evening fish again. Let me know if your keen to come also

Your welcome to gus25 welcome to the forum. Wilsons bay is a good place to start theres worm beds not far out and usually get a feed there

I'm camping at bowentown this week so can't make it. We fished off the point yesterday morning and hooked onto something decent. Spooled nearly all my line and then got busted off, great excitement for about 30 seconds!
