After sold my 4.7 in March . I think to get into new kayak game so I decided to go for hobie . I went down to the water shed on Barry's point road and ordered hobie adventures . Unfortunately they sold all the stock on boat show so I had to wait 6-8weeks finally I got it last weekend . Thanks dan

Looks great! I'm tempted, but can't see myself changing kayak. How much was it? Hard to find NZ prices online.

Look forward to a review, very popular in Oz.

Not sure exactly how it works but I understand the drive comes out and there is some sort of hatch for the insert, back to paddling for launch/land.

You can put the bungy and hook on one of the peddle arms to keep the fins up, then just make very short strokes with the pedals or us the paddle. This is also a good way to get quick acceleration. Enjoy the new yak

These are a cool Kayak and probably the fastest plastic Kayak on the market with the Turbo Fins as this boat is specced out.
The Adventure are $3850 but if your interested in one please come into the shop and we can organize a demo in any of the Hobie Range for that matter.
