So I rang someone I know and it turns out that Bennet's Uniforms in Whangarei can do a high vis long sleeve rash top. Custom colours are possible.

Good on ya Mental, reckon you'll get a fair bit of support.

I thought I'd just through this up on the Forum as a general comment.....

I know that there a lot of enthusiasim for T shirts and the like, but we need to be mindful that "we" dont own the logo or "brand" of KFNZ....thats the intellectual property and ownership of Mental ....

I get caught up with this sort of thing at work all the time, and have seen many a person come "unstuck" by misusing or using a logo without the permission of the owner....

I'm not implying or suggesting that anybody has done, or will do anything wrong or inappropriate, all I want to do is make sure that we all understand that the logo / branding doesnt belong to us...

In the meantime what would the interest be on something like this on a standard black cotton tee? selling for around $30?
Definitely be keen on that - very nice.......... but also interested in outcome of the rash top also :)

Like the 'in your face' Tee Mental. Too often the logo or whatever is too small and the number of times I've been slapped whilst peering at a logo on a shirt and she's got the wrong idea... :rofl:
I'd be up for a T or Two, always keen to spread the good word around town.

I picked up a couple of Ocean Harbor Outfitter UPF long sleeved shirts for Mrs. Dwarf for use in the garden and they are a very nice material, 100% polyester and ideal for yakking (except they didn't have them in my size). I wear long sleeves on the yak year round anyway.
No useful info on the labels though.

Well here we go guys the t-shirts are now available for pre-order, they will be ready in around 2-3 weeks (or less), the first run will be ordered based purely on the orders received over the next 2 weeks, yes that means if you want one then order it as there probably won't be any extras made in the first run.

Any questions post them up in the thread or flick me a PM if you prefer :y:

Order it here > http://store.kayakfishingnz.com/index.p ... duct_id=56" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Here's the t-shirt:
