I've been talking about going freshwater fishing for a while and I think tomorrow will be the day.

Stopped off at Fish and Game this afternoon and acquired some freshwater tackle:

FOM where you heading down that way? A bit closer to the time hit me up (I'm an ex Taupo Flyfishing guide) and will throw some ideas your way... Can do a bit of digging to for you to on wheres happening the best at the time.

Hey MM, we'll be staying at the Troutbeck Fishing Lodge in Tauranga Taupo

On that trip my wife will have the car, so I'll just be launching from the lodge and will fish around that river mouth. But I am keep on doing a lot more trips, so will flick you a PM before I book the next one.
