There we go...

Chris and I went to Army bay, hopped into the water at 8 or just before.. making our way to Wellington rock..

Anchored our kayaks just above the rock and tried our luck.

Visibility was about 2 f*****g meters... we tried our luck at about 10-15meters depth and unfortunately for Chris he got a bit sea sick soon after we started diving... I kept on going while Chris was resting on his Kayak. As I was berleying up I saw a school of Kingfish going around my berley and managed to Nail one right on...

I had my Video camera with me so there is my short Video :)

Lost the fish in the end as it was fighting me hard on the way up and on the surface...

Chris will be uploading the photos soon from his Camera.

All in all it was a nice day out.

was a good day, apart from the bad vis, and my first ever experience with sea sickness (or the dogy curry the night before).
About half an hours diving, 15 mins on the kayak, a 30 min paddle back with two :envy: burly stops on the way back.
Still bloody good fun though.
Will upload pics soon.

Hey mate, that would hae been Cj, I saw him there talking with ya while I was busy enjoying being back on land :puke:
It was very strange, sea was rolling quite a bit out the back which normally wouldnt bother me (I have been in much much much much worse and normally love it), but think it may have been a combination of that, the dodgy curry, and being in the water with less than 3m vis (which was a bit disoreintating I guess).
Still a fun day out though. ;)
