Recently i purchased a second hand Rhino T-Load.... great system by the way. On inspection found a small bolt and retainer clip were missing.. not critical. Contacted Rhino Roof Racks Head Office. Got a helpful man called Chris. He was able to locate the three seperate parts.. no trouble at all. Now these parts are the sort of small parts that obviously don't cost much to make.... so i prepared myself for the actual cost.... ;( ;( ;( .... and the damage? :headbang:

Still dont know the cost... as not only did he say.... "no charge"... he couriered it to me for no charge ... arrived one day later.... now that sort of service needs to be acknowledged    I thoroughly recommend the product and the after purchase (even if you don't purchase) service!

I'd definitely give it a go Kev... in fact I am sure they probably have one slightly non complete setup as we talk.

On that note.... I have a reel with braid... and seem to just need a rod... this seems like a very good business model and lots of free publicity...that could take off. :D :D :D
