Was very Luckily enough to win one of these at the Ortons Events Gold Rush Kayak Fishing event a few weekends back They call it the Char-Broil Roaster, Smoker, Grill "Big Easy" and that it IS !! have not used this style of cooker before and the results I are getting is very impressive

Have been trying a few cooking methods next to try is Roasting with it :P

Good work Straydog!

I've had mine quite a few months now and love it.
I took mine to the Gold rush the other weekend and cooked a few feeds with it.
So simple, get back to shore, crank it up and get the wood chips smoking, wind the temp down, choose the lever (tier) that you want to cook (lower down cooks slower) and sit around drinking beersies :beer:
Also doubles as a good patio heater and mosquito repellent :!:

Yes, i agree stray dog, im loving mine. Have smoked/roasted a chicken in mine using apple wood chips and it came out real nice. Smokey flavour with a crispy skin. :rock: :clap:
