As people are getting keen and getting out about more now just a friendly reminder as quiet a few have jackets with the latex seals to take xtra care of them and lubricant with baby powder once dried out this preserves the latex and makes for easy access next trip out :rock:

Also great for speargun rubbers , take em off gun when storing after fresh water rinse & dry out of sunlight , then into a plastic bag with talcum powder , close and shake :y:
Stops rubber acid from ozone perishing them :y:

Ive been doing this after every use once washed and dried and are now still like new and silky smooth to put on

Yessss!
I found the dark side of latex racing bikes and using latex tubes, no lube and things pinched and punctured in a heart beat. Learnt that, and all uses of latex become pleasurable...
