I have lost count of the amount of boats that have sped past me at high speed. One was so busy looking at me to see what I was catching he nearly took out another kayak. I have an action camera now so the next time their image will be sent to the authorities.

Its shame that it will most likely take something like this going horribly wrong and a serious injury before action is taken. They have all the proof here and an example should be made
