Sportsman Choice Kayak Fishing Snapper Soft-bait Challenge 2017 is now taking registrations for this years competition on Saturday September 30th 2017. :clap:

This is a "One-Day", friendly fun-filled event, with a fabulous atmosphere, and fabulous prizes. :P
2017 we have reduced the amount of Sponsors, to our Key Suppliers, and asked them to step up.
This year our total prize pool is $14.4K of actual Kayak Fishing related prizes. :clap:
The only Vouchers in the Prize Pool, are for the "Tutukaka Experience" Prize, for the "Average Length Snapper", which is valued at $916.00 :o
Check out the confirmed Prize Pool on the web site - There are some FABULOUS prizes this year. :clap:
Overall there are 15 Prizes which have to be won. This is the same as last year, but with better value Prizes. ;)
Please read through the Rules thoroughly, which are also posted on the website.
Entry Ticket remains the same: $65.00
Fishing Area Remains the same - "Taiharuru to Bland Bay" (For launching).
Be sure to attend the (Very Entertaining) Fish Auction, :rofl: and of course the Prize Giving.
Based at Quality Hotel Oceans Tutukaka Resort.
Contact the Hotel for accommodation deals. There is also a Motor Camp just 2 minutes walk across the road. :y:

It's shaping up to be an awesome comp ;)
I'll be going on a "No Beans" diet next week to try and keep the wind away :rofl:
We are all looking forward to seeing you there.
Remember...We have expanded the "LAUNCH" area from Taiharuru to Bland Bay. :y:
This is to give not only more option of fishing the "Expanded Tutukaka Coast" area, but also gives safer options if no "No Bean" diet doesn't work :^)
Also allows some Yak fishos to fish their favorite spots - like Whananaki (eh Mental) ;) ;)
