Anyone welcome, we normally run a $5 sweep which you can join in. Other prizes and club points for members only. Better still join as member as only $20 and get $10 off annual tournament and other offers during the year

All right, Next club day will be held 20 September (provided the weather plays ball) and will be held at Rodgers road. There will be our ever popular $5.00 sweep for the heaviest snapper, (hopefully not going to a Gisbourne member this time) and our usually 5 prizes.

The categories for the 5 prizes will be

2nd heaviest snapper
heaviest Kahawai (gutted and gilled)
heaviest Trevelly
heaviest Kingfish
and Heaviest gurnard or blue cod (for something different)

Fishing time will be from 7am back on shore at 12pm for weigh in. Just a reminder that everyone is welcome to come along to our club days and can participate in the $5.00 Sweep, however the other prizes are only avialiable to members. on that note Membership forms will be avaliable for those who want to join a cool little club :D

Great club something for all. Nothing better than being on the water talking on the radio catching fish, having a laugh and come in and discussing about great day we just shared. ALL GOOD :y: Welcome to all What ever kayak or experience.

Well it is still a "go" for the club day at rodgers road on Sunday 20 September. It will be a little breezy but as it is from the south it should keep the sea flat. Fishing from 7am, and there will be a quick safety briefing and confirmation of rules/prizes for the day.

Whatever your most comfortable with. I'm always using softys myself but plenty use bait and do well. Lots of foul ground out there should be some big fullas around still.

I don't want to loose it in the foul. Try my luck on softbaits.
