Just made this recipe for starters as we had some friends around tonight. You may have had it before, but we all think it's pretty awesome.

Smoked Kahawai
Crème Fraiche
Italian parsley
Lemon juice
Dash of lime infused olive oil

Mix it all up with a fork in proportions to suit.
Serve on crackers, toast or just spoon it direct to mouth :) Delicious!

Yum. I like to do mine this way. Split the smoked fish in half. Chuck a tub of cream cheese And half the fish in a blender with the juices of 1 lemon. Blend until smooth then mix in the rest of the fish with a fork.

My other half made the pate pretty much according to your recipe with a blender. She took it to a party and it was the most popular dish by far.

I just gave it a go..... With Hapuka that has been in the freezer for just over a month and added a bit of chilli in the second batch.
