Nice. Very, very nice.

I was looking at the same model around Christmas but had to save for a house deposit instead.

Still Looking at one so will be keeping an eye on how it goes and what you think of it.

I've spent too many years messing around with meths smokers and those cold smokers on the air pump thingy, it's time to finally do it right! Probably should have just bitten the bullet years ago...

Yea don't show the bank manager the bill especially as we are supposed to be on a spending freeze for the house build :lol:

You won't be dissapointed smoked salt, pepper corns, camembert, ribs, eye fillet, chicken, chillis,, peppers, gammon leg of pork, venison,oh and fish, mussels , scallops, garlic. You can smoke it all just set the timer and walk away.

I must be honest smoking the non-seafood really appeals to me, looking at the weather this weekend makes getting out doubtful so I can see a smoked chuck for lunch on the menu for sure :y: just to break it in of course :lol:

Even without the smoke, you should be able to do some awesome slow-cook stuff. IE if you don't like strong smoked chicken, do it with little-no smoke but it'll still taste AWESOME.

A pork roast flavoured with cherry smoke is soooo soooo nice.
Smoke for 2 hrs and further cook for 2 hrs at about 120 c :inlove:
