After catching few Gurnards and since is so fresh !

We decided to go with the Jap style Deep fried which can easily made at home

Even a pan will do the job, might get messy with the oil splashing everywhere, lay some cardboard down if your worried about oil getting on to the kitchen floor

Nothing fancy use to cook

You can buy the crumb from Chinese Super market or the Jap Store

Simply just fillet the fish, cut them into slice, have egg stir in a bowl, no salt or anything needed, then throw it into the crumb bowl and ready to be fried

Can be serve with Japanese Mayo ( yumyum sauce ) or mayo of your choice
Very Juicy this way ! not as oily !

Yummm!! :) Similar to the way i(we) eat most of my(her) fish(lol). First fillet, then put into flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs(and sometimes herbs), and fry in a pan in half butter half oil mix. Deeeeeeeeelicious fish in a matter of minutes!
