For reasons of safety and being a little upset that G1 wont even come along to cook sausages... the Orere Pt interclub match between hosts and by default winners via the duckworth system, EAKFC and visiting team WKFC has been CANCELLED. Date to be rescheduled for a later time.

Any questions please call Brad (KLB) on 021887914

EAKFC Committee

(if you chose to fish Orere Pt on the day, please do at your own choice. However it will not contribute to you Kilo King tally... B1/Fletcher :wasntme: )

Yeah good call Brad, even if the weather this morning looked better than predicted I think tomorrow will be a stinker.

Yep. Right call by EAKFC. Was supposed to be a fun day with a bit of bragging rights. There will be another time when we can come up and prove our worth.

Good call Brad, I was dead keen to get out there despite the weather even though today / this weekend I was supposed to celebrate 12 years with the Mrs.
I guess I'll just have to chill out at home :P ;) :tmi:

Pretty sure KLB and I will be in touch soon. The plan was to get Christmas out of the way and then look at it. I know every one is chomping at the bit with the EAKFC desperate to prove they are the Daddies and us down to earth southeners knowing we have nothing to prove :P .

If anyone wants to come along and see the WKFC in action... will save you watching the Hobbit. :?: Yip, NZIMP - lets chat soon and kick this off again. We all know the EAKFC reigns superior and would be good t show you club newbies a few things. You do know, were only doing this to help out aye :wasntme:

Sounds like the 2 organisers need to have a match off. Perhaps the biggest snapper from each club can be filleted and the frame towed behind each kayak from the beach to the post and back.

I would be more than happy to take any challenge laid down from KLB. Yak or non yak related. On the one condition he did something our members can come up with. Over to you G1 for your thoughts
