Hi all, just thinking about going out for a paddle and fish from Maketu this weekend. Any advice or anything?

Im working this weekend so wont be able to come along but it is one of my favourite spots. Heaps of foul straight out from the point usually plenty of snaps between 14 and 20m should be shitloads of ky there too.

What side is the best to launch or does it not matter that much?

Park and launch by the coast guard building. Theres rocks but its an easy spot to get out. :y: :y: Good luck out there bud!
