Anyone interested in a pair of commercial grade 150mm long self adhesive silver 3M retroreflective strips?
$5 a pair into your sweaty paws.
From personal SAR experience, detectability of reflectives cannot be underestimated (Plus your yak looks really cool to other drivers as you head to your pre-dawn launch)

No prob.
There's about a half dozen strips surplus to requirements after lighting up kayaks, car doors and letterbox.
