Bench cost a box of beer from the local joinery shop, 65 buks for timber at placemakers, bench top held on by recess in timber capturing the bottom fold ...

All between raus and whale 45m deep over sand bottom. Much prefer kayak to boat for fishing tho, the only bonus is it gets you out there quick.

Re: shimano sienna 4000fd

Warehouse has them for 45 buks, wait for the half price sales and stock up if you're into cheaper reels. Can't go wrong at 25 buks that's less than the braid to fill it

Interesting, the enchanter boys have a good reputation locally, unlike the extreme limits boat, that seems to make the paper occasionally for the wrong reasons.

Re: Hairy braid?

I had the same issue with suffix, found if you unravel the spool as far as it is fluffy and run the line between your nails all the fluff slides to the end, I had to do it twice then it stopped. It doesn't seem to affect the strength

Re: Sunday 03 May - Walkers Road

Cool as. Weather is looking good finally . Tides should be good, I have found there can be a 4kph current that runs offshore on an outgoing tide at walkers. It must build along the shallow area that runsvfrom tarawera to the raus cos I haven't noticed it back towards thornton and on the matata side....
