Love your work.As you are a boat builder can you give any helpful tips as to how to make the thin ply form a nice even curve between supports and not try and develop a series of flat spots.You have good skills cheers glint.

I found the same issue with my 4.3 and solved it in a very similar fashion. I used the seat from a Native Watercraft Manta Ray kayak see: http://www.kayaksnz.co.nz/native/mantaray.html The seat base is approx 110mm thick at the front and tapers to approx 10mm at the back.
