Paddle recommendations for someone with symbrachydactyly

Hi Guys, does anyone know of any paddlers out there living with symbrachydactyly? Would love to know if they would be happy using a normal paddle or get something custom made (if possible). Reason I ask is that it would seem that my brother will be joining me in NZ in the not-too-distant-future and ...

Re: Kayaker Run Over by Boat

Fair enough I dont do much boating of any kind and certainly never have at night so dont really know what I'm talking about, I just detest one-sided journalism which is what I perceive this article to be, the small LED torch they had could have been a 500 lumen one and for all we know they could've ...

Re: Kayaker Run Over by Boat

My point being that Mr Pinkham needs to be taking some responsibility here as well, of course kayaking in the dark without appropriate lighting is dumb/suicidal but the article makes him sound like some sort of white knight riding to the kayakers rescue when he was in fact the one that ran over him,...

Tetra12 owners, where's that review??

A bit disappointed that nobody's done a review of this little gal yet, looks like the perfect little get-up-and-go craft, especially when it comes time to get it on/off the roof racks.

And wouldn't Ironman be slightly over the weight limit of most kayaks..?

Prowler Reload :-)

Woke up to yet another windy Sat morning so decided to get cracking on making a "tackle bucket" to fit the prowler, I've wanted to play with fibreglassing for quite some time now so here goes: Taped up the centre well and gave it a good coating of PVA release agent: 1.JPG Sized and cut the glass: 2....
