Re: Chinese reels - Opinions? Experiences?

Bought a Daiwa 4000 TD Sol from Australia. Thought what I had done was a good deal as I have two 3ooo TD Sols of the older variety. Never had a problem, both 6years old, still going strong and smooth as. Well, when the 4000 arrived from Australia one crank of the handle told me all was not well. Rou...

All of what Mike said about the Espri :y: Plus you have the OK Tetra, another one suitable , sounds like the Phoenix may also be worth a look. Genuine paddlers / fishermen would endorse these three for your needs.. :y:

Re: Gulp pack vs tub

Last two years, my used zman have been put into container with gulp juice without a problem :y: . It appears it is only if you mix Gulp and zman or others together you end up with one big mess ;( .
Keep Elaztech separate.

Re: Are we loosing the "brotherhood "??

I borrowed this article from the Reef Kayak Fishing FB page.... Have a read and have a bit of a think ! Why did you start kayak fishing ?.... why do kayak fish ? Are we heading down the same path, or have we already got there ? Can we bring "it" back ? http://riverratzkayakfishing.com/kayak-brother...

Re: Weather This Week

Good call Andrew. Apart from cost, the visual quality is beyond belief. Pack and save in Thames has 'one' of the worst 'smelling' wet fish displays i have ever experienced. The smell waffles around the cabinet and beyond; Yet humans that would complain at the very least thing do not seem to complain...

Meet Kerry, a few years back, at a Rob Fort, meet up. Kerry had just walked back to PapaAroha from Coromandel town, he had been on the piss, lol. Kerry was camped with a chap Muntid. Now Muntid 's name came about through having been a shearer so I believe, had to laugh, as it is a game that would gi...

Re: Help struggling getting the Kayak to the water

Question for those with the wheeleez. who uses the 'rail Kit' ? If you do so what make of yak ? cheers Yep I use the rail kit for my pinnacle elite, without it the deep v in the kayak hit the bar between the padding on the trolly. As a bonus the rails hold the kayak higher giving better ground clea...

Re: Help struggling getting the Kayak to the water

So the tyres for Wheeleez, are the tubes. Has any person had a problem with them going flat or otherwise.

$139.99-$169 Per tyre, one would not want too many problems arising from their use.

Yep as Winch and Kea have said. North end launch. No real need to go north, straight off the surf club can be good. Depending on time of tide in close of out to 12/20 meters. Mark I shall add that there is some good fishing 'up' the harbor that time of the year. If going from Anzac Bay great care ne...
