KAYAK STORAGE Mine is hoisted directly from car roof up to the carpot ceiling. I have 4 galvanised EYE BOLTS about 25 mm dia eye screwed into joists at 2 metre seperation and at 1/3 kayak length from each end to prevent hogging. 25 mm wide tapes are pulled thru the eye bolts WITHOUT PULLEYS.
